Pickup and Delivery Questions

We offer our pickup and delivery laundry service Monday - Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 

If you would like to make things simple you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service for only $2.20 a pound and we will come out to you on a scheduled basis. If you only want to use our service from time to time the cost is $2.30 a pound.

There is a $44 minimum for all pickup and delivery orders.

Your clean clothes will be returned to you the next day, unless you have a pickup on a Saturday. Saturday pickups are delivered back to you on Monday.

The process is quick and easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. 

You do not need to be at home to use our service. When you place your order, tell us in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. Make sure that it is a secure location. Ameri-Wash Laundry is not responsible for stolen laundry. 

We want to do your laundry just the way you like it. When you place your order, there is a section called "Preferences". You can let us know if you like your laundry done a certain way. These preferences are saved, and your laundry is done this way every time. 

You do not have to sign a contract and you can discontinue service at any time. 

When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete. 

We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag. It doesn't have to be fancy; a trash bag will do. Just be sure that it can be cinched closed, so nothing spills out. 

If you a recurring customer and you plan to be out of town during your service period, you can log into your account and put your service on hold until you return. 

We understand that these things happen. Just give us a call and we will let you know if we can pick up at another time that day or reschedule your pickup for another day. There will be a $10 missed pickup fee to compensate for our driver's time.

Yes. While we’re happy to clean most items, there are a few we can’t accept due to safety concerns or the nature of the item. For the protection of our team, we’re unable to clean the following:

Non-Clothing items: (These specific non-clothing items often require a specialized cleaning process that we are not equipped to provide):  

Pillows
Curtains
Commercial linens
Sofa covers
Rugs (bath rugs are the exception)

Contaminated items: (For the safety of our team and the protection of other customers’ items, we’re unable to accept items that could pose a risk. This includes items that have been contaminated with:) 

Bodily fluids from a human or pet
Excessive pet hair
Tar
Mildew
Bedbugs
Poison ivy or poison oak oils
Hazardous chemical residue

The following items require specialty cleaning services that are beyond our scope of expertise: 

Wedding dresses
Vintage clothes
Costumes
Hats/Headwear
Shoes
Fur & Animal products (feathers, fur coats)
Purses/handbags
